AMPLIFY

Amplify is the largest free Christian music festival nationwide with over 70,000 attendees throughout the weekend. Our team worked on branding and all digital and print marketing efforts. Within the team, my responsibilities included graphic design, social media, photography, video editing and vendor coordination. My largest contribution to this creative effort was the design, production, and sale of merch. This past year, we generated over $20,000 in sales on just merch alone.

MY ROLE: Graphic Design, photography, social media, vendor coordination & video editing

AMPLIFY MERCH

For this project, I was tasked with designing and working directly with our merch vendor to source blanks, prepare print files, and estimate a potential profit margin. We ended up exceeding the estimated ROI and sold out of our inventory completely.

MEDIA TEAM COORDINATION

Amplify is a large scale two-day music festival with high level photo and video coverage needs. For this project, I created an in depth coverage plan for our internal and external photo and video team based on multiple requests from our marketing team. I coordinated each photo and video project from start to finish including the onsite management of the media team during the event weekend. These items had turnaround times of less than 2 hours post-event. Our team executed video and photo projects recapping the event that were broadcasted on multiple news stations immediately following the event.

OTHER GRAPHIC DESIGN

My contribution to this project also included designing digital and print pieces for marketing efforts prior to the event. This includes billboards with over 80+ digital and print sizes. The billboards helped contribute to the 70,000 ticket sales throughout the weekend.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Designed, edited, and coordinated content for the Amplify social media platform.
